WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Partnerships or limited partnerships, consumer cooperatives, trusts, state or local public agencies, corporations, limited liability companies, nonprofit organizations, Indian tribes, and associations. Applicants must be current Rural Development borrowers that have received a loan from the funding agency, or eligible applicants under 7 CFR Part 3560 that are applying to assume ownership and the associated outstanding RD loans on RD-financed multifamily housing properties.

FY 2025 Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Center State Competition
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support the operation of Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) centers in select states to provide manufacturing extension services to small and medium-sized manufacturers. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Nonprofit institutions, institutions of higher education, state, territorial, local, or tribal governments, consortia of the previous-listed applicants, and incumbent MEP centers that have received financial assistance for ten consecutive years and that are in good standing. This program will only support the operation of MEP centers in Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, and Virginia

FY 2025 Groundwater and Streamflow Information Program: National Ground-Water Monitoring Network
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support data providers for the National Ground-Water Monitoring Network (NGWMN) and to address the Department of the Interior's secretarial priorities by allowing water managers, primarily state water resource agencies, to share their water-level and water-quality monitoring data to help monitor current conditions and avoid future water conflicts that may result from changes in the environment.
