Mac is interested in the intersection of technology, governance, and policy, and how special districts are affected by state and federal regulations. He is dedicated to helping special districts comply with state-specific, ever-changing website requirements. Mac has been invited to the White House to speak on issues relating to technology and governance, and hosted a cybersecurity summit in Washington DC with representatives from the Airforce Cyber, CISA, AT&T, Verizon, and Congressman John Garamendi.
