We can't imagine how many public infrastructure projects have been built utilizing tax exempt municipal bonds in over 120 years since the adoption in the Revenue Act of 1913, and we can't imagine how many future projects would not be done without this tool!  As Congress considers the TCJA, NSDA submitted a letter today and continues to push for the preservation of tax-exempt municipal bonds.
